The Realtor’s Housewarming Program
Riverbend Habitat for Humanity is excited to launch the new “Housewarming” Realtor partnership program and we hope you will join us in this special way to celebrate homebuyers! The “Housewarming” program is a way for Realtors to make a gift of $50 to Riverbend Habitat for Humanity in lieu of (or in addition to) a housewarming or welcome home gift given to their clients. Proceeds from the “Housewarming” program will help low-income families achieve the dream of homeownership through Riverbend Habitat.
How It Works
Realtors can either purchase “Housewarming” cards in advance or as needed. Riverbend Habitat for Humanity will mail the card to the new homeowners on behalf of the Realtor and will also notify the Realtor when the card has mailed so that they will have the opportunity to follow-up with the new homeowners about this special gift that is helping another family achieve the dream of home ownership through Riverbend Habitat.
Alternatively, Realtors may contact Riverbend Habitat directly to purchase cards and they will be delivered to the Realtor’s office for the Realtor to send out at their convenience.
